You do you...

There was a shift that day.
You were in a mood.
You couldn't hold back
the storm that brewed.
You wouldn't admit
the problem was you.
So you spread your lies
To quite a few.
You tried to hide
the truth from me
But it rose to the surface
For all to see.
You chose to deny
Anything was wrong
You said all was fine
So I played along.
But the shift was felt
I heard in your voice
So if you feel like lying
That is your choice.
You're not one I trust
You never did speak true.
So be silent in your fear
And keep doing you.
I'll move right along.
There'll be no lingering.
Your problem is yours.
I won't force a thing.
